You receive non-transferable access to courses for personal learning. We may update content, features, or delivery methods without notice to improve quality, maintain security, or comply with legal requirements.

Payments
Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes or fees, if applicable, appear during checkout. Refunds follow our refund policy (if presented during purchase) and any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
Billing clarity

If a payment fails, access may be limited until the issue is resolved. We may use third-party payment processors; their terms may apply in addition to these Terms.
Acceptable Use
Do not share credentials or redistribute content. Maintain respectful communication in all interactions. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt its security or integrity.
You must not

- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities or bypass access controls.
- Harass, impersonate, or post unlawful content in community spaces.

Intellectual Property
Course materials are protected. You may use them only for personal learning and not for commercial redistribution. All trademarks, logos, and content remain owned by their respective holders.

We grant you a limited, revocable license to view the materials while your access remains valid. This license does not permit resale, sublicensing, public performance, or creation of derivative course products.
Liability
We provide training as-is and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Materials may contain errors or omissions that we work to correct.
